ERC 2/24
Please join us for our last External Relations Committee (ERC) of the quarter this Wednesday the 24th at 5:30PM in Balmer 212. This is a crucial meeting for members, as it is the last event we have before our annual scholarship fundraiser “Paving the Way” on Tuesday, March 2nd.
We have many items on the agenda for ERC on Wednesday: First, a presentation from Director Cate Goethals about the Foster School of Business MBA Program and “Women at the Top”. She will speak to us about the challenges women face in the business and corporate world. After Ms. Goethals presentation, we will cover necessary information and plans for the fundraiser, including final plans for members that are volunteering at the event! Finally, we will go over our executive team application, which is now available on the website www.uwuwib.com !
Also, UWiB will be tabling in the Balmer Commons this Tuesday (2/23) and Thursday (2/25) from 12-2PM. You can pay your dues, buy a UWiB t-shirt ($15), pick up an executive team application, and chat with our current exec members! If you don’t already have a T-Shirt, stop buy and pick one up- we will be wearing them around campus on March 2nd for “UWiB Day” in celebration of our fundraiser!
